Founded in 1980 as a window cleaning company, Budget Building Services has grown into one of the region’s leading property maintenance providers.

Our dedication to customer service, and to our core values of Quality, Integrity, and Value have been the engine of our growth.

Our vision works from the top down. Every decision that we make is guided by how it will affect our customers and our staff. Both are precious to us, and we treat them as such.

Our Executive Team

John Sattel, President and Founder

John earned his BA degree in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) from Regis College. After founding Budget Building Services in 1980 with only a bucket and a squeegee, he worked hard to build a company that reflects his own passion for Quality, Integrity, and Value. John especially appreciates everyday of life with his wife Sue, enjoys golfing, and is also passionate about his beloved Denver Broncos.

Kyle Blume, Vice President Operations

Kyle is a graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver, and is a three time Golden Gloves Regional Champion and two-time USA Boxing Regional Champion. He now spends his free time coaching kids at his local boxing gym. Kyle is also president of a local car club that participates in various fund-raising and charity events. Kyle has been with Budget Building Services since 2000.

Andres "Shorty" SiFuentes-Salinas, Crew and Operations Supervisor

Shorty began his window cleaning career in 1992. His many years of experience in the Denver area has made him a well-known and trusted supervisor throughout the industry. He has earned the highest respect from property managers, building engineers, and the workforce. Shorty is also a popular guitarist, singer, and songwriter.
